Yes, PMS is really free, and no, your data is never sold.
Free, with no catch
- Every feature is free for every business.
- There is no subscription and no trial period.
- Updates are free too.
- You only pay if you ask us to build something just for your business.
How it can be free
- Trakito donates the servers. Our sister company gives PMS its server space, so there is no hosting bill to pass on to you.
- Students built it: real software made to help real shops, not to make money.
- No profit needed. 22Softwares earns from client projects, so PMS stays free without selling anyone's data.
Your data
- Your data belongs to you.
- It is never sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used for anything except running PMS for you.
- Your books are yours to take: in Accounts you can print them or save them as PDF or Excel.
- Read the full privacy policy.
Stay safe
- Download PMS only from 22softwares.com. We never send installers by email or through messaging apps.
- We will never ask for your password or recovery code.
- If anyone asks you to pay for PMS itself, it is not us. Please tell us at [info@22softwares.com](mailto:info@22softwares.com).
