A few clear sentences are enough to start: what you want to build, for whom, and by when. The more of the points below you can answer, the faster we can scope the work and give you a clear quote. If you do not know an answer yet, say so; working it out together is part of the process.
About your business
- Your name, company and the best way to reach you (email, and phone, WhatsApp or Viber if you like).
- What your business does, and the problem the software should solve.
- Who will use it: your staff, your customers, or both. Roughly how many.
About the software
- What kind of project it is: business software, a website or online store, a mobile or desktop app, a GPS/IoT system, an integration, or design work.
- The main things it must do. A short list of must-haves is more useful than a long wish list.
- Platforms: web, Android, iOS, Windows, macOS or Linux.
- Languages, countries and currencies it must support.
- Examples you like, or existing screens, sketches or brand files.
What you already have
- Any existing website, app or system we would take over or connect to.
- Tools it must work with: payments, accounting, shipping, CRMs or other services.
- For GPS projects: the tracker models you use, and the protocol document if you have one.
- Data to move from an old system.
Time and budget
- When you need it, and whether that date is fixed (an event, a season, a contract).
- A budget range, if you have one. The contact form offers ranges, and "Not sure yet" is a fine answer.
- Whether you prefer a fixed-scope project, a dedicated team, or long-term care after launch.
