Where to post
Every discussion gets one topic tag and one language tag.
- PMS help: installing, setting up and using PMS, our free management software for shops. Report problems here too.
- Clients: for businesses thinking about custom software, a website, a mobile app or a GPS/IoT project. Ask how we work, what a quote needs and how timelines are planned.
- Ideas: improvements and feature requests for PMS, and free tools you would like us to build next.
- Developers: APIs, integrations, GPS protocols and engineering talk.
- General: introductions, announcements and everything else.
Write in your own language
- Write in English, Bangla or Greek, whichever is easiest for you.
- When you start a discussion, add the matching language tag: English, বাংলা or Ελληνικά. Readers can then follow the language they read.
- Bangla typed in Bangla letters is the easiest for others to find with search. If your keyboard only has English letters, write the way you can; we will still understand and reply.
- The PMS app runs in Bangla or English, so our English and Greek guides quote the English button names, and our Bangla guides quote the Bangla ones.
Forum guidelines
- Be kind and respectful. Everyone was new once. Disagree with an idea, never attack a person.
- Search first. Your answer may already be here. Use the search box and read the pinned guides.
- One question per discussion, with a title that says what you need.
- No spam or self-promotion. Posts that only promote a product, a service or a link are removed.
- Never share passwords or personal data. Do not post your password, recovery code or staff PINs, or your customers' names, mobile numbers and dues. Cover them in screenshots.
- Keep private matters private. For your account, a contract or project details you cannot share in public, use the contact form or email [info@22softwares.com](mailto:info@22softwares.com).
- Use the tag and language that fit. We may move a discussion so the right people see it.
